Mighty Tasty Mac and Beef
Quick and Easy too!
1 lbground beef
1 mediumonion, chopped
3 clovegarlic, minced
2 Tbspfresh parsley, chopped
1 1/2 tspitalian seasoning
·salt and pepper to taste
28 ozseasoned diced tomatoes, do not drain
32 ozbeef stock
2 cdry elbow macaroni
·top with shredded cheese, i like a sharp cheddar
How to Make Mighty Tasty Mac and Beef
- Brown ground beef, onion and garlic in a 6 quart pot.
Then drain off the excess grease.
- Stir in tomatoes, parsley, Italian Seasoning, salt and pepper, macaroni, and beef stock.
- Simmer over low heat, uncovered, for about 15 minutes, or until macaroni is done to your liking.
- Serve, and top with shredded cheese.
