Ingredients
- 3 teaspoons cornmeal
- 1 - loaf frozen white bread dough, thawed
- 1/4 pound extra lean ground beef or turkey
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 1/2 cup taco sauce
- 1/2 cup low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3/4 cup leaf lettuce, shredded
- 3/4 cup tomatoes, seeded, chopped
- 3 tablespoons nonfat sour cream, optional
- 2 tablespoons green onions, sliced

Step 1Heat oven to 450.

Step 2Spray cookie sheets with non-stick cooking spray.

Step 3Sprinkle evenly with 1-2 teaspoons of the cornmeal.

Step 4Divide dough into thirds.

Step 5Press or roll each into a 7\" circle.

Step 6Sprinkle evenly with rest of cornmeal.

Step 7Press lightly into crusts.

Step 8Place on coated cookie sheets.

Step 9Prick crusts generously with fork.

Step 10Bake at 450 for 8 minutes.

Step 11(If crusts puff during baking, flatten slightly with spoon.)

Step 12Meanwhile, in medium skillet brown ground beef and onion.

Step 14Add taco sauce and mix well.

Step 15Spread evenly over partially baked crusts.

Step 17Bake at 450 for an additional 7-9 minutes or until cheese is melted and crusts are golden brown.

Step 19Place 1 tablespoon of sour cream in center of each pizza.
