    ground beef
  • 1
  • 1 c
    bread crumbs
  • 2/3 c
  • 1 small
  • 1 jar(s)
    sliced mushrooms
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1/4 c

How to Make Microwave Meatloaf


  1. Mix together ALL ingredients Except catsup
  2. Shape into a loaf in a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Spread catsup over top if desired. Cover with plastic wrap (folded in center for rising)
  3. Microwave on medium-high (70% power) for 22-24 minutes or until no longer pick. Allow to stand, covered 5 minutes before serving.
