Ingredients For microwave meatloaf

  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1
    egg
  • 1 c
    bread crumbs
  • 2/3 c
    milk
  • 1 sm
    onion
  • 1 jar
    sliced mushrooms
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/4 c
    catsup

How To Make microwave meatloaf

    Mix together ALL ingredients Except catsup
  • 2
    Shape into a loaf in a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Spread catsup over top if desired. Cover with plastic wrap (folded in center for rising)

    Microwave on medium-high (70% power) for 22-24 minutes or until no longer pick. Allow to stand, covered 5 minutes before serving.
