microwave lasagna
I think that microwaves first came out in the late 70's or early 80's. I was one of the lucky ones to get one back then. This was my favorite recipe from my cookbook that came with my new microwave. My family loved it and I've tweaked it thru out the years. Most of the tweaks are simple but include changing the original recipe by using cottage cheese for 1/2 of the ricotta which made it a little creamier, Italian seasoning which replaced all of the individual spices and adjusting the cooking times based on newer stronger microwaves. Give it a try. I think you'll enjoy it
