How to Make Microwave Bar B Q Meatloaf

Step-by-Step

  1. Put all ingredients into bowl and mix well. (I use my hands)
  2. Put into an 8x8 or 9x9 microwave safe dish. Pat till flat and even.
  3. Place in microwave for 10 minutes. Remove and drain fat. Slice down the middle and then make slices. Pour the Bar B Q sauce over the entire meatloaf all the way to edge. Take a knife and go around the edges and through the slices to make sure it gets everywhere.
  4. Return to microwave for 10-15 min. Remove and serve.
