mickey's meatloaf

Ingredients

• 2 pounds ground sirloin
• - salt & pepper, to taste
• 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
• 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 - onion, chopped
• 1 - green pepper, chopped
• 4 slices bread, wet & ring out
• 2 - eggs
• - ketchup, as much as you want
