Ingredients
- - 3-4 lbs. ground beef
- 1 - envelope liptons beefy onion soup mix
- - garlic powder
- 2 - eggs
- 10 - saltine crackers crushed
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 sprigs celery, sliced thick and thin
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 2 cans water or more
- 1/4 cup butter/margarine
How To Make michelle's meatloaf

Step 1in a 9x13 baking dish i mix my ground beef with soup mix and sprinkle garlic powder 2 eggs, can add some crushed crackers too.mix well and form a loaf. place in a 400 degree oven for 45 minutes and drain the grease off return to oven to finish cooking till sauce is ready.

Step 2while meatloaf is baking, put butter in a dutch oven and melt add onion and celery and sautee. add tomato sauces and water. will be runny cook till thickens to a medium consistancy. Add this sauce to meatloaf after draining the grease and bake till done which is usually 1 hour maybe 1 hour and 15 minutes. serve over mashed potatoes this gravy is awesome...
