Ingredients

1 to 2 lb
cubed steak
1 jar(s)
(8 oz) salsa (i like the chunky style)
1 small
onion, diced
1 clove
garlic, minced
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
pepper
1/2 c
oil
3 Tbsp
flour
1/2 to 1 c
shreeded cheddar cheese

How to Make Mexican Swiss Steak

Step-by-Step

  • 1Pour oil in skillet to get hot. In a ziplock bag mix flour, salt and pepper and shake well. Coat cube steak with flour and place in skillet. Cook both sides until lightly brown.
  • 2Spray a 9 x 13 inch cooking dish with Pam cooking spray. Add meat to dish. Cover with Salsa, onions, garlic and bell peppers.
  • 3Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1/2 hour. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and cook another 10 to 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
