How to Make Mexican Swiss Steak
- 1Pour oil in skillet to get hot. In a ziplock bag mix flour, salt and pepper and shake well. Coat cube steak with flour and place in skillet. Cook both sides until lightly brown.
- 2Spray a 9 x 13 inch cooking dish with Pam cooking spray. Add meat to dish. Cover with Salsa, onions, garlic and bell peppers.
- 3Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1/2 hour. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and cook another 10 to 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
