Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger meat
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10 oz)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (10 oz)
- 2 cans rotel (10 oz)
- 1 can pet milk (12 oz)
- 1 can black olives (optional) (12 oz)
- 1 package mexican or cheddar cheese grated
- 1 package doritoes
- - top with shredded lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream if desired
How To Make mexican surprise

Step 1Brown hamburger meat and drain. (I always add onion flakes to my hamburger meat as I am browning it.)

Step 2In medium sized pot add soups, milk, and Rotel. Heat but do not let boil.

Step 3Place a layer of Doritos in the bottom of a rectangular pan. Top chips with some of the meat, then the soup mixture, then cheese. Layer until meat and soup mixture is gone. (Around 3 layers).

Step 4Cover with aluminum foil and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Take out of oven top with cheese (and sliced black olives & jalapenos if desired) and place back in oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is completely melted.

Step 5If you like your food really spicy use HOT ROTEL and top with Jalapenos either before or after baking for the last 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
