Ingredients
- 1 pound ground meat
- 1 can ranch style beans
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can rotel tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cups instant rice (uncooked)
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
How To Make mexican skillet casserole

Step 1In skillet brown ground beef with taco seasoning and drain fat.

Step 2Pour instant rice in the skillet and stir to mix with the meat.

Step 3Add the corn, beans, tomatoes, and water, stir and cover and let simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.

Step 4Remove lid and cover with cheese replace lid and let stand for 5 minutes allowing cheese to melt.
