Ingredients

  • 3 pounds ground beef
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 12 ounces longhorn cheese, grated
  • 15 ounces tomato sauce
  • 1 can ripe olives, chopped, 4 ounces
  • 4 ounces salsa
  • 24 - hard rolls

How To Make mexican sandwiches

  • Step 1
    Brown beef with onions; drain.
  • Step 2
    Add remaining ingredients except rolls.
  • Step 3
    Pinch bread out of center of rolls; fill with the beef mixture.
  • Step 4
    Wrap each roll in foil.
  • Step 5
    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
