Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 medium onion
- 1 package taco or chili seasoning
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 2 cups instant rice
- 2 cups water
- 16 oz jars salsa, chunky
- 2 cups shedded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag large tortilla chips
How To Make mexican rice casserole or dip

Step 1Brown ground beef with the diced onion,Drain add pkg of seasoning then cream of mushroon soup cover the bottom of a 9x13 3 inch tall pan (I use a disposable one)

Step 2Made instant rice with water,after its done add salsa and put on top of ground meat layer, then add cheese cover with foil bake at 325 for 30 min. then remove foil for the next 15 min should be bubbling.

Step 3Serve with tortillia chip as a meal or just as dip at a large party
