Ingredients
- 4 cups corn meal
- 2 cans swanson chicken broth
- 1 pound ground beef,turkey,chicken or pork.
- 1 jar salsa,the chunkier the better.
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1 pound shredded cheddar or 3-cheese mexi-blend
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- - hot sauce (optional)
How To Make mexican polenta

Step 1In a saucepan, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add corn meal. Boil rapidly for 3 min. turn down heat,simmer for 15 min.

Step 2Brown ground beef in a pan. When brown add taco seasoning mix. Add jar of salsa. Stir.

Step 3When corn meal is thick enough to your liking spoon into bowl. Add some of the meat mixture on top. Sprinkle shredded cheese(generously). Top off with a spoonful of sour cream. Hot sauce to taste.
