The great thing about this recipe is that you really can mix up the ingredients as you wish. my husband and I like ours a little on the spicy side so I had a little dried red pepper to it and we also add some diced onions to the top with sour cream.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    hamburger
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning mix
  • 8 in pkg
    tortilla shells
  • 1 jar(s)
    con queso or salsa
  • 4-6 oz
    shredded fiesta or taco blend cheese
  • 1 can(s)
    refried beans ( optional)
  • ·
    sour cream (optional)

How to Make Mexican Pizza

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown meat and drain,
    Add Taco seasoning, mix well
    Stir in Con Queso, or salsa mix well.
  2. Spray 8-9 inch pie pan with cooking spray,
    layer ingredients as follow
    tortilla
    meat
    beans
    cheese.
    Repeat layering until ingredients are finished.
  3. Bake @ 350 for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted.

    Serve and top with sour cream.
