Ingredients For mexican patties

1 lbground beef

1 cpretzel crumbs

1/2 cchopped onion

4 ozcan green chiles, seeded and chopped

2 Tbspchorizo sausage, chopped

1 Tbspchili seasoning

2garlic cloves, crushed

8 ozmonterey jack cheese

2green peppers
How To Make mexican patties

1Preheat oven to 375.

2Combine all ingredients, except cheese and the 2 green peppers, in a medium bowl until well blended.

3Make 10 meatballs with a 1 inch cube of jack cheese in the center of each.

4Cut peppers into quarters and remove seeds.

5Place meatballs into the center of each pepper and bake 20-30 minutes.
