Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup pretzel crumbs
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 4 ounces can green chiles, seeded and chopped
- 2 tablespoons chorizo sausage, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chili seasoning
- 2 - garlic cloves, crushed
- 8 ounces monterey jack cheese
- 2 - green peppers

Step 1Preheat oven to 375.

Step 2Combine all ingredients, except cheese and the 2 green peppers, in a medium bowl until well blended.

Step 3Make 10 meatballs with a 1 inch cube of jack cheese in the center of each.

Step 4Cut peppers into quarters and remove seeds.

Step 5Place meatballs into the center of each pepper and bake 20-30 minutes.
