Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup pretzel crumbs
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 4 ounces can green chiles, seeded and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chorizo sausage, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chili seasoning
  • 2 - garlic cloves, crushed
  • 8 ounces monterey jack cheese
  • 2 - green peppers

How To Make mexican patties

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 375.
  • Step 2
    Combine all ingredients, except cheese and the 2 green peppers, in a medium bowl until well blended.
  • Step 3
    Make 10 meatballs with a 1 inch cube of jack cheese in the center of each.
  • Step 4
    Cut peppers into quarters and remove seeds.
  • Step 5
    Place meatballs into the center of each pepper and bake 20-30 minutes.
