Ingredients

1 1/2 lbground beef
-
1 cfrozen onions, green & red pepper or you can use fresh
-
1 1/2 tspgarlic powder
-
·salt & pepper to taste

2 can(s)cream of chicken soup
-
2 can(s)soup can of milk
-
1 cfrozen peas
-
1 cfrozen corn or 1 can of mexican style corn drained
-
1 1/2 ccrushed nacho cheese doritoz
-
2 cshredded mexican cheese
-
10hash brown potato patties
How to Make Mexican Ole' Hash Brown Casserole
- Preheat oven to 375F
- In large skillet brown beef, onion, green pepper & red pepper. (I used the frozen blend). Add garlic , salt & pepper to taste.
- Pour soup, milk, peas & corn: blend well. Place in a 13x9 in casserole dish.
- Spread crushed doritos on top of hamburger mixture then spread cheese on top.
- Place hash brown patties on top to fit. Bake for 45 minutes.
- Turn on broiler and leave in 5-8 minutes so hash brown patties get crispy. Remove from oven and serve.
