Ingredients
- - 1 cup crushed saltines (about 30 crackers)
- - 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
- - 1/2 cup ketchup
- - 4 oz. can green chilies
- - 1/2 cup pepper jack cheese, grated
- - 1 small onion, chopped
- - 2 eggs, beaten
- - 2 tablespoons worchestershire sauce
- - 2 lbs. ground chuck
How To Make mexican meat loaf

Step 1In a bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients. Add beef; mix well. Press into a greased 9x5 inch loaf pan. Bake @ 350 for 1-1 1/2 hours or until done.

Step 2Serve with salsa, sour cream and shredded cheese of choice.
