How to Make Mexican lasgna
- Brown Groud Beef and drain. Place back into skillet and add 1 can Rotel, juice included
- Line a small to medium size glass baking dish with tortillos cover with meat mixture then grated cheese, then repeat.Bake at 350 untill heated thru.
For larger servings just add more ground beef as desired. I just always prepare it for 2.
- Easy to make and can make ahead, refrig. and then bake later.
