I came up with this one night trying to think of something to make-My family and friends love this and is easy to make (ENJOY)

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground chuck
  • 1 package flour tortillas
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 1 can chopped green chilies
  • 1 jar salsa, chunky
  • 3 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make mexican lasagna

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees,lightly grease 9x13 pan
  • Step 2
    Brown ground beef in skillet, drain grease and add jar of salsa and simmer for 10 mins. set aside
  • Step 3
    In a bowl add cream cheese, sour cream, and green chilies mix well and set aside
  • Step 4
    Take flour tortillas and layer 9x13 pan, next layer with 1/2 hamburger mixture, then layer with cream cheese mixture, top with shredded cheese
  • Step 5
    Repeat layers with flour tortilla, rest of hamburger mixture, cream cheese mixture, layer with rest of flour tortillas and sprinkle with the rest of the cheddar cheese
  • Step 6
    cover and bake for 20 mins.
