Ingredients
- 1 pound *hamburger
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 jar salsa, chunky
- 1 can 8 3/4 oz can corn, drained
- 10 - corn tortillas (6
- 3 cups cottage cheese, divided
- 2 cups mexican blend shredded cheese
- SERVING SUGGESTING
- - sour cream
- - sliced olives

- 1 can 16 oz beans (for meat)
How To Make mexican lasagna

Step 1Preheat oven 375. Brown meat and chili powder in large pan on med heat; drain. add salsa and corn.

Step 2Layer 1/3 of mixture, 1/2 of tortillas and 1/2 cottage cheese in 13x9 baking dish. Repeat layers. Top with remaining meat mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.

Step 3Bake for 30 minutes. Serve with sour cream and sliced olives.

Step 4VEGETARIAN STYLE: SUBSITUTE 1 16-OZ CAN BEANS DRAINED FOR THE BEEF. INCREASE BAKING TIME TO 40-45 MIN OR UNTIL HEATED THROUGH.
