Step 1heat tortillas in microwave so that they are pliable wrap the corn tortilla around the hot dog hold with a toothpick

Step 2make sure cooking oil is heated before putting the hot dogs in place hot dogs seam side down and fry until they are crispy and golden and hot dog is thoroughly cooked place on a papertowel to absorb any excess oil
