Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef, or turkey
- 1 medium onion chopped small
- 1 medium green bell pepper chopped small
- 2 cans cream of soup see note
- 1 can ranch style beans
- 1 can rotel tomatoes (tomatoes & chiles)
- 2 cups grated cheese
- 1 package tostidos chips
How To Make mexican casserole

Step 1cook ground meat with onion & bell pepper, until no longer pink, drain. In a seperate saucepan add soup, beans & tomatoes & chiles and cook til boiling

Step 2In a 13x9 in casserole spray bottom with cooking spray. Then crumble up the chips & cover the bottom of casserole with the crumbled chips. Add cooked meat mixture, then pour on soup mixture and top with more crumbled chips & finally sprinkle o the cheese

Step 3Put in a preheated 350 degree oven & heat for 30 minutes. or until heated through. Serve warm with salsa
