    chilli beans
  • 2 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 2 can(s)
    rotel
  • ·
    cheese flavored doritos
  • ·
    shredded cheese
  • 1
    onion-chopped
  • 1
    bell pepper-chopped

How to Make Mexican Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown ground beef in stock pot. Add onion and bell pepper and cook until tender.
  2. Add beans, soup and Rotel. Heat mixture.
  3. Preheat oven to 350.
  4. In a 9x13 pan layer the mixture, chips and cheese, then repeat ending with cheese.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes
