Ingredients
- 2 cans chilli beans
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 cans rotel
- - cheese flavored doritos
- - shredded cheese
- 1 - onion-chopped
- 1 - bell pepper-chopped
How To Make mexican casserole

Step 1Brown ground beef in stock pot. Add onion and bell pepper and cook until tender.

Step 2Add beans, soup and Rotel. Heat mixture.

Step 3Preheat oven to 350.

Step 4In a 9x13 pan layer the mixture, chips and cheese, then repeat ending with cheese.
