This is a great dish for a cold, wintry day! It isn't too spicey and is just right! ENJOY!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef, browned and drained
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can 6 oz. evaporated milk
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 1 - 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • - tostitos

How To Make mexican casserole

  • Step 1
    350 degree oven; 9 x 13" pan. Layer Tostitos in bottom of pan; mix beef, soup, milk, and enchilada sauce together and cook until bubbly. Pour over Tostito chips, sprinkle cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes. Very good!
