This recipe is from the Magnolia Baptist Church Cookbook. God bless them all, I love every recipe so far.

1 lb.
ground beef
1 can
ranch style beans
1 can
rotel tomatoes, diced
1 11oz bag
nacho cheese doritos
10 ozs.
grated mild cheddar cheese
onion, diced
1 can
cream of chicken soup


1Brown beef and onion, drain. Add the can of beans, the Rotel tomatoes and the can of cream of chicken soup. DO NOT DRAIN CANS! Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Remove from heat. Layer large casserole dish with chips, meat mixture and cheese. Cover and place in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes or until chees is melted.
