Ingredients
- 8 ounces macaroni cooked and drained
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 1 medium onion diced
- 1 medium green pepper diced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 - 15 0z can corn drained
- 1 small can red enchilada sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
- 1 can each cheddar cheese and cream of mushroom soup
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make mexican casserole

Step 1Brown the burger with the onion, green pepper and garlic until meat is cooked. Add the taco seasoning and remaining ingredients except cheese. Combine well.

Step 2Preheat oven 350 degrees. Pour burger mixture into baking pan. Top with cheese and bake for 30 minutes.
