I have been making this casserole several years. My friend and I were in PTA when her son and my daughter were in middle school, she served this casserole for Teachers Appreciation Day, it was a big hit.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground chuck
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 can milk
- 1 can large, enchilada sauce
- 1 can green chilies
- - nacho cheese chips
- - shredded cheese
How To Make mexican casserole

Step 1Layer 9x13 Dish with Nacho Cheese Chips

Step 2Pour onions into skillet, add ground chuck and brown.

Step 3Mix cream of chicken soup, milk, enchilada sauce and green chilies. Heat with onions and ground chuck until well mixed.

Step 4Pour over Nacho Cheese Chips.

Step 5Add Shredded Cheese.

Step 6Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted, approximately 20 to 25 minutes.

Step 7Serve with Nacho Cheese Chips.
