1 lbground beef

1 mediumonion-chopped

·salt, pepper, garlic powder (i use fresh garlic)

2 smallcans of kidney beans-drained

1 can(s)enchilada sauce
-
1 ccheddar cheese, shredded
-
1 Tbspchili powder
-
1/2 ccorn chips--fritos
How to Make Mexican Casserole
- Cook ground beef and onion until done. Drain. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder.
- Add kidney beans, enchilada sauce, cheese, chili powder, and corn chips. Stir to combine.
- Put in a casserole and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
- Serve with a salad dressed with a nice Mexican type dressing.
