mexican casserole
(1 RATING)
My mother got this recipe from a co-worker many years ago, as you can see on the price of the bag of chips it calls for! It is very good, and my own family has enjoyed it for several years.

How To Make mexican casserole
-
Step 1Brown beef and onions until beef is no longer pink. Mix with remaining ingredients except chips and cheese. Put chips (this is just a regular size bag) in bottom of oblong pan, pour beef mixture over, and cover with cheese. Cover and cook for 30 min at 350. Uncover and cook 15 more minutes until bubbly and hot all the way thru. Enjoy!

Step 2If you cannot find the taco flavor chips, nacho or any other chips of similar taste will work!
