- 1 pound ground chuck
- 1 can ro-tel tomatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 large bag doritoes (nacho or taco flavor)
- 6 slices sandwich cheese
- - salt and pepper
How To Make mexican casserole

Step 1Brown meat with salt and pepper. Combine and beat ro-tel and soups. Place doritoes in a casserole dish, put in browned meat on top of doritoes. add 3 slices of cheese on top of meat, then pour soup mixture over all. Put 3 slices of cheeese on top. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
