This is a favorite for my family. It is a great meal for the pickiest of eaters.

Ingredients

  • 3 cans original ranch style beans
  • 1 can chedder cheese soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups fritos corn chips
  • 16 ounces slices american cheese
  • 1 pound ground beef

How To Make mexican cassarole

  • Step 1
    preheat oven to 350.
  • Step 2
    brown and drain ground beef.
  • Step 3
    Add beans and soups to meat and stir while heating until warm. Set aside.
  • Step 4
    Pour corn chips in the bottom of 9x13 baking pan.
  • Step 5
    pour meat mixture over chips spreading to cover ships evenly.
  • Step 6
    unwrap cheese and place on to pf mixture until completely covered.
  • Step 7
    place into preheated oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve warm.
