I wanted a new recipe for burgers and this is what I came up with. They were so good if I had been able I would have ate 2 of them, can't wait to cook them again.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 - chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, chopped
- 1 tablespoon adobo sauce
- - salt and pepper
- 4 slices pepper jack cheese
- 1 - avocado, sliced, drizzle with lemon or lime juice
- - salsa verde
- - hamburger buns( i use kyser rolls)
- - chipotle mayonnaise (recipe below)
How To Make mexican burger

Step 1Combine first 6 ingredients, form into 4 patties, grill or fry until done. While patties are still hot top each one with a slice of pepper jack cheese.

Step 2Chipotle Mayonnaise 1 c mayonnaise 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, chopped 1 T. lime juice Combine all ingredients. Spread mayonnaise on both sides of bun, top with patty, avocado and salsa verde.
