Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 2 - tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup salsa, chunky
- 1 small can sliced olives, drained
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 3 - green onions, sliced
How To Make mexican bubble pizza

Step 1Heat oven to 375F.

Step 2Brown ground beef in large skillet over medium-high heat until thoroughly cooked; drain.

Step 3Add taco seasoning, water and soup; mix well.

Step 4Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 3 minutes. Remove from heat.

Step 5Cut each biscuit into 8 pieces. Add pieces to ground beef mixture; stir gently.

Step 6Spoon mixture into 13x9 pan.

Step 7Bake for 18-23 minutes until sauce is bubbly and biscuits are golden brown.

Step 8Remove from oven. Sprinkle with cheese.

Step 9Return to oven and bake an additional 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted.

Step 10Cut into squares. Top with lettuce, tomato, salsa, olives, sour cream and onions.
