Ingredients For mexican bubble pizza

  • 1 1/2 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning
  • 3/4 c
    water
  • 1 can
    tomato soup
  • 1 can
    refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
  • 2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 c
    shredded lettuce
  • 2
    tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 c
    salsa, chunky
  • 1 sm
    can sliced olives, drained
  • 8 oz
    sour cream
  • 3
    green onions, sliced

How To Make mexican bubble pizza

    Heat oven to 375F.
  • 2
    Brown ground beef in large skillet over medium-high heat until thoroughly cooked; drain.

    Add taco seasoning, water and soup; mix well.

    Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 3 minutes. Remove from heat.

    Cut each biscuit into 8 pieces. Add pieces to ground beef mixture; stir gently.

    Spoon mixture into 13x9 pan.

    Bake for 18-23 minutes until sauce is bubbly and biscuits are golden brown.

    Remove from oven. Sprinkle with cheese.

    Return to oven and bake an additional 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted.

    Cut into squares. Top with lettuce, tomato, salsa, olives, sour cream and onions.
