TALK ABOUT FAST AND EASY THIS IS IT! Got this from a friend and we love it!! Left overs are good too and easy to reheat. The noodles can be whatever you want in noodles. I don't use lasagna noodles though more like the curly ones or macaroni noodles work fine too. Its a keeper recipe for sure fast easy and way yummy! (If your kids like Rotel and velveeta they will like this too)

Ingredients

  • 1 pound hamburger
  • 1 can green chilies
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 cup velveeta cheese
  • 1 can rotel (drained)
  • 1 - bag of noodles normal size bag not the large
  • 1 can corn drained (optional)
  • 1 cup milk
  • - shredded cheese for top..i use chedder

How To Make mexican beef casserole

  • Step 1
    COOK noodles as directed on bag. Set aside.
  • Step 2
    Mix all other ingredients together simmer 10 minutes. Add cooked noodles Pour into 9x13 casserole dish
  • Step 3
    Spread some shredded cheese on top Bake@ 350 till cheese is melted.
