TALK ABOUT FAST AND EASY THIS IS IT! Got this from a friend and we love it!! Left overs are good too and easy to reheat. The noodles can be whatever you want in noodles. I don't use lasagna noodles though more like the curly ones or macaroni noodles work fine too. Its a keeper recipe for sure fast easy and way yummy! (If your kids like Rotel and velveeta they will like this too)

Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

1 lb
hamburger
1 can(s)
green chilies
1 can(s)
tomato soup
1 c
velveeta cheese
1 can(s)
rotel (drained)
1
bag of noodles normal size bag not the large
1 can(s)
corn drained (optional)
1 c
milk
shredded cheese for top..i use chedder

How to Make Mexican Beef Casserole

Step-by-Step

  • 1COOK noodles as directed on bag. Set aside.
  • 2Mix all other ingredients together simmer 10 minutes.
    Add cooked noodles
    Pour into 9x13 casserole dish
  • 3Spread some shredded cheese on top
    Bake@ 350 till cheese is melted.
