I found this recipe in a church published cookbook & it quickly became a favorite at our house!

Ingredients

  • 1 can progresso french onion soup
  • 1 1/2 pounds deli roast beef (thinly sliced)
  • 1 package onion rolls (8 to a package)
  • 8 slices provolone cheese

How To Make meltingly good roast beef sandwiches

  • Step 1
    Heat roast beef in the soup & turn on the broiler
  • Step 2
    Place onion rolls on baking sheet. Place roast beef & a slice of cheese on each roll.
  • Step 3
    Broil sandwiches (open face style) to melt the cheese.
  • Step 4
    The remaining soup can be used as a dip for the sandwiches!
