Ingredients
- 3 - beef spare ribs, frozen
- 1 - white onions
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 - pablano pepper
- 1/4 cup red wine
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 tablespoon ground pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
How To Make melt in your mouth spare ribs

Step 1Drizzle bottom of crockpot with 1/2 the olive oil. Sprinkle with 1/2 the salt and pepper.

Step 2Rough chop the onion, garlic, and pepper. Place in pot.

Step 3Place frozen spare ribs on top of the bed of onion, garlic and peppers. Drizzle with remaining olive oil. Sprinkle with remaining salt and pepper.

Step 4Add red wine to the pot.

Step 5Cook on lowest setting for 5 hours or until tender.

Step 6Optional: Add some red pepper flakes or red chili sauce for an extra kick!
