Just another made up recipe to make "after-work" dinners easy.

Ingredients

  • 3 - beef spare ribs, frozen
  • 1 - white onions
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 - pablano pepper
  • 1/4 cup red wine
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

How To Make melt in your mouth spare ribs

  • Step 1
    Drizzle bottom of crockpot with 1/2 the olive oil. Sprinkle with 1/2 the salt and pepper.
  • Step 2
    Rough chop the onion, garlic, and pepper. Place in pot.
  • Step 3
    Place frozen spare ribs on top of the bed of onion, garlic and peppers. Drizzle with remaining olive oil. Sprinkle with remaining salt and pepper.
  • Step 4
    Add red wine to the pot.
  • Step 5
    Cook on lowest setting for 5 hours or until tender.
  • Step 6
    Optional: Add some red pepper flakes or red chili sauce for an extra kick!
