Ingredients
- 3 lb - bonelss beef pot roast
- 1 can - cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 packet - liptons onion soup mix
- 1 can - stewed tomatoes
- 1/2 can - beef broth, reduced sodium
- 1 small pk - medium size baby carrots
How To Make melt in your mouth pot roast (crock pot)

Step 1In your crock pot mix mushroom soup, onion soup mix, stewed tomatoes and broth together.

Step 2add roast and carrots, cover with sauce.

Step 3Cook in crock pot on low for at least 8 hours

Step 4Serve with mashed potatoes or wide egg noodles. Juice makes an awesome gravy.
