Melt in your mouth pot roast (crock Pot)

My family loves this one even my pickiest eater! I love it because it is easy and is ready when we get home from our hectic day.

bonelss beef pot roast
1 can
cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 packet
liptons onion soup mix
1 can
stewed tomatoes
1/2 can
beef broth, reduced sodium
1 small pk
medium size baby carrots


1In your crock pot mix mushroom soup, onion soup mix, stewed tomatoes and broth together.
2add roast and carrots, cover with sauce.
3Cook in crock pot on low for at least 8 hours
4Serve with mashed potatoes or wide egg noodles. Juice makes an awesome gravy.
