Ingredients For melt in your mouth pot roast (crock pot)

  • 3 lb
    bonelss beef pot roast
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 packet
    liptons onion soup mix
  • 1 can
    stewed tomatoes
  • 1/2 can
    beef broth, reduced sodium
  • 1 small pk
    medium size baby carrots

How To Make melt in your mouth pot roast (crock pot)

    In your crock pot mix mushroom soup, onion soup mix, stewed tomatoes and broth together.

    add roast and carrots, cover with sauce.

    Cook in crock pot on low for at least 8 hours

    Serve with mashed potatoes or wide egg noodles. Juice makes an awesome gravy.
