My family loves this one even my pickiest eater! I love it because it is easy and is ready when we get home from our hectic day.

Ingredients

  • 3 lb - bonelss beef pot roast
  • 1 can - cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 packet - liptons onion soup mix
  • 1 can - stewed tomatoes
  • 1/2 can - beef broth, reduced sodium
  • 1 small pk - medium size baby carrots

How To Make melt in your mouth pot roast (crock pot)

  • Step 1
    In your crock pot mix mushroom soup, onion soup mix, stewed tomatoes and broth together.
  • Step 2
    add roast and carrots, cover with sauce.
  • Step 3
    Cook in crock pot on low for at least 8 hours
  • Step 4
    Serve with mashed potatoes or wide egg noodles. Juice makes an awesome gravy.
