Ingredients
- 3 pounds ground beef or chuck
- 1 - egg
- 1 - red onion diced
- 1 - green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup italian bread crumbs
- - seasoning salt
- - paprika
- - montreal seasoning
How To Make melt in your mouth meatloaf

Step 1Slice and dice one green bell pepper and one red onion and sit to the side. (red onion can be purchased pre cut).

Step 2Take ground beef/chuck add in one egg and begin to mix with hands. Slowly add in your Montreal seasoning, paprika and seasoning salt. Once that is mixed begin to add in your vegetables : onion and bell pepper. After those are mixed thoroughly, add in Italian breadcrumbs and form into a loaf.

Step 3Put in oven and bake on 400 degrees for about 25 to 30 minutes, depending on how dark you prefer your loaf. Slice up and enjoy!
