mega-big fajitas
My family loves tacos and fajita's. One day we decided to combine a little of both recipe ingredients and came up with this wonderful surprise. They're messy to eat and oh so good!

Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef stir fry
- 1 medium yellow pepper - cored and sliced length wise. if you prefer another color, go right ahead
- 1 large white onion-sliced length wise
- 1/2 package shredded mexican cheese
- 1/2 - head of lettuce-shredded
- 1 - clove of minced garlic
- 1 package large flour tortillias
- - hot sauce, salt and pepper to taste
- 3 medium tomatoes - diced
- 1 - avacado- sliced at the last minute
- 1 - small can of sliced black olives
How To Make mega-big fajitas

Step 1Gather ingredients.

Step 2Slice onions.

Step 3Slice yellow pepper.

Step 4Dice tomatoes and shredd lettuce.

Step 5Cook stir fry in a small amount of olive oil with garlic. Add onions and yellow pepper and cook until translusent.

Step 6Warm tortillias in microwave.

Step 7Place tortillia on plate and pile on all ingredients including cheese, hot sauce, black olives, sliced avacado and salt and pepper.

Step 8Fold both sides and the bottom.

Step 9Dig in and enjoy. Have alot of napkins on the table.
