mega-big fajitas

My family loves tacos and fajita's. One day we decided to combine a little of both recipe ingredients and came up with this wonderful surprise. They're messy to eat and oh so good!

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef stir fry
  • 1 medium yellow pepper - cored and sliced length wise. if you prefer another color, go right ahead
  • 1 large white onion-sliced length wise
  • 1/2 package shredded mexican cheese
  • 1/2 - head of lettuce-shredded
  • 1 - clove of minced garlic
  • 1 package large flour tortillias
  • - hot sauce, salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 medium tomatoes - diced
  • 1 - avacado- sliced at the last minute
  • 1 - small can of sliced black olives

How To Make mega-big fajitas

  • Step 1
    Gather ingredients.
  • Step 2
    Slice onions.
  • Step 3
    Slice yellow pepper.
  • Step 4
    Dice tomatoes and shredd lettuce.
  • Step 5
    Cook stir fry in a small amount of olive oil with garlic. Add onions and yellow pepper and cook until translusent.
  • Step 6
    Warm tortillias in microwave.
  • Step 7
    Place tortillia on plate and pile on all ingredients including cheese, hot sauce, black olives, sliced avacado and salt and pepper.
  • Step 8
    Fold both sides and the bottom.
  • Step 9
    Dig in and enjoy. Have alot of napkins on the table.
