Ingredients
- 1/2 pound boneless beef bottom round
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons minced dried onions
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 5/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 6 ounces linguine
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 2 - garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tablespoons olive or other vegetable oil
- 1 package frozen broccoli, cauliflower, carrots-16 ounces
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- - grated parmesan cheese
How To Make mediterranean stir-fried beef

Step 1Partially freeze beef, thinly slice across grain into bite-size strips.

Step 2Combine water, vinegar, onion, pepper and red pepper.

Step 3Add meat, mix well.

Step 4Marinate 15 minutes at room temperature.

Step 5Cook pasta according to package directions.

Step 6Drain; toss with butter.

Step 8Drain meat, reserving marinade.
