Ingredients For meatloaf with a tomato-sweet pea sauce ala terwilliger

1 lbground beef
-
1 cyellow onions, chopped

1 lgegg
-
1 cbread crumbs, seasoned

1/16 tspkosher salt, to taste

1/16 tspblack pepper, ground, to taste

16 oztomato sauce
-
14 1/2 ozgreen sweet peas, canned drained
How To Make meatloaf with a tomato-sweet pea sauce ala terwilliger

1Preheat oven to 350ºF.

2In a large bowl, add ground beef, onion, bread crumbs, egg, salt and pepper. Wet hands with water and mix ingredients in bowl to combine well.

3Turn meat mixture out of bowl into a baking pan and form into a loaf. Place in preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes. Pour Tomato Sauce over meat loaf and return to oven for 10 minutes. Pour drained peas over top of meat loaf. Return to oven for 5 minutes longer or until meat is cooked through.
