Ingredients
- 2 1/2 pounds ground beef, 85% lean
- 2 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons oregano, dried
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 cups panko bread crumbs
- SAUTE IN OLIVE OIL:
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1-2 tablespoon banana peppers chopped
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1/2 cup sweet and sour sauce/or chili sauce
How To Make meatloaf sandwich

Step 1Saute onion and garlic on low about five minutes.

Step 2Mix meat,eggs,salt, oregano,sour cream and bread crumbs,add sauce and stir in well, shape into loaf in baking dish and place in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour.

Step 3Spread pepper,sugar and vinegar mixture over meatloaf before baking.

Step 4Remove from oven and let rest 1/2 hour covered.
