Ingredients

  • 2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 2 - eggs
  • 8 - saltine crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 package meatloaf seasoning mix
  • 15 ounces can of tomatoe sauce
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • dash salt and pepper
  • 1 medium yellow onion, chopped

How To Make meatloaf my way

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 375F. Line a baking dish with aluminum foil. Mix the ground beef, eggs, crackers, season mix,onion and 1/2 can of tomatoe sauce in large mixing bowl. When well blended, put in prepared pan, shape into a loaf.
  • Step 2
    Take the rest of the tomatoe sauce and mix it in a small bowl with the brown sugar, pour over meatloaf.
  • Step 3
    Cook until center of meatloaf is well done. About halfway through cooking drain grease from pan, the foil makes this and clean up an easier job. Enjoy!
