I grew up making this recipe after my mother taught it to me. I altered it according to Rachel Ray and put in muffin tins so we don't have to fight over the crunchy parts anymore!

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 - eggs
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 4 tablespoons ketchup
- 1/2 cup oatmeal, uncooked
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
How To Make meatloaf muffins

Step 1Mix all ingredients in a bowl. This is easiest to mix with your hands. Roll into a ball about the size of the palm of your hand. Plop into muffin tins.

Step 2Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until crispy around edges.
