Got this recipe from a kraft magazine years ago. My hubby requests it often.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 6 ounces stuffing mix (stove top)
  • 1 cup water
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3/4 cup bbq sauce

How To Make meatloaf minis

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 375. Mix meat, stuffing mix, water, and garlic powder. Press into 12 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Step 2
    Make an indentation in center of each meatloaf with a spoon; fill with bbq sauce.
  • Step 3
    Bake 30 min or until cooked through. Top with cheese; continue baking 5 min or until cheese is melted.
  • Step 4
    *note* You can substitute the garlic powder and bbq sauce with the following combinations. Italian-Style: Use 1 tsp Italian Seasoning and 3/4 Cup Spaghetti Sauce or Mexican Style: Use 2 tsp Chili Powder and 3/4 Cup Thick N Chunky Salsa
