Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 6 ounces stuffing mix (stove top)
- 1 cup water
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3/4 cup bbq sauce
How To Make meatloaf minis

Step 1Heat oven to 375. Mix meat, stuffing mix, water, and garlic powder. Press into 12 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray.

Step 2Make an indentation in center of each meatloaf with a spoon; fill with bbq sauce.

Step 3Bake 30 min or until cooked through. Top with cheese; continue baking 5 min or until cheese is melted.

Step 4*note* You can substitute the garlic powder and bbq sauce with the following combinations. Italian-Style: Use 1 tsp Italian Seasoning and 3/4 Cup Spaghetti Sauce or Mexican Style: Use 2 tsp Chili Powder and 3/4 Cup Thick N Chunky Salsa
