Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb
    hamburger
  • 1/2 c
    rice, instant and uncooked
  • 1
    egg
  • 1
    onion, minced
  • 2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1 c
    ketchup
  • 3 Tbsp
    brown sugar

How to Make Meatloaf (Marge's)

Step-by-Step

  1. Beat milk & egg.
  2. Stir in 1/2 of minced onion, rice & (1)Tbsp worcestershire sauce.
  3. Crumble in hamburger & mix thoroughly.
  4. Make (2) loaves and bake @ 350 degrees for 45 minutes. (do not cover)
  5. Mix sauce-Stir together the ketchup, rest of minced onion, other Tbsp worcestershire sauce & brown sugar.
  6. Drain grease from loaves and top with sauce mixture, baking for 20-30 additional minutes.
