I learned to make this meatloaf at my grandmother's side with no measuring devices. It's taken some doing to translate it all into measurments! I hope you enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon worchestershire sauce
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 1/2 pounds hamburger
- 4 - eggs
- 3 cups oatmeal
How To Make meatloaf - for the hungry man
-
Step 1Preheat overn to 375 degrees
-
Step 2mix all ingredients together in a bowl. (I put on gloves and knead it like bread dough, but a mixer would be fine too)
-
Step 3press mix firmly into a cake pan. (I usually use 2 loaf pans, this requires cooking for 45 minutes, but you can also use 1 9x9 pan, which only requires cooking for 35 minutes)
-
Step 4For extra zing, top with french fried onions or BBQ sauce or Ketchup before baking. But it's just fine on its own. I serve it with brown gravy and mashed potatoes, and we just pour the gravy across the meat and the potatoes at once.
