I was in the mood for a grilled cheese and decided to incorporate my leftover meatloaf from last nights dinner into the mix. What I came up with was very good.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons soft margarine
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 slices bread (your favorite)
  • 2 slices colby jack cheese (or your favorite)
  • 1 slice leftover meatloaf

How To Make meatloaf & colby grilled cheese

  • Step 1
First spray a fry pan with non-stick spray and heat pan to medium heat. Combine the margarine and parmesan together and set aside.
  • Step 2
Lay your two slices of bread flat on cutting board and assemble 1 slice of colby, then 1 slice meatloaf, 1 slice of colby and then 2nd slice of bread.
  • Step 3
Spread margarine/parmesan spread on outsides of sandwich and place in pan. Grill until golden brown and crispy on both sides. Enjoy.
