meatloaf burgers
I made these burgers a long time ago and wondered why I haven't had them in so long as I really liked them. If you like meatloaf sandwiches then you will like this version, only you don't have to make a meatloaf first. Serve on a bun and put whatever toppings you like on these. Or if you want, eat without the bun, they are good on their own. Can double the recipe as well.

- 1/2 - envelope dry onion soup mix

How To Make meatloaf burgers
-
Step 1Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray; set aside.
-
Step 2In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients. Do not over mix. Divide beef mixture into 4 or 6 equal portions, depending on what size patty you want. Place on prepared baking sheet.
-
Step 3Transfer to oven; bake about 5 to 7 minutes, flip over for about another 5 to 7 minutes, until burgers are cooked through. Watch time as it depends on the size of your patty. Can fry these as well. I have done both.
