Old fashioned comfort food. Its filling and good. You can use leftover mashed potatoes if you have them.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 slices whole wheat bread torn into small bits
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 - egg, slightly beaten
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups mashed potatoes (can use a little more if you like)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make meatloaf and potato pie

Step 1Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix beef, bread, milk, egg, onion, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Spread in ungreased 9 inch pie pan. Bake until done (35 to 40 minutes). Top with mashed potatoes, spreading to edges. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake additional 3 to 4 minutes to melt cheese.

Step 2You may need to thin potatoes with mik to be able to spread them well, especially if you use leftover potatoes.
